Add a Optimization Approach

Add approach to the study.

1. In the Explorer, right-click and select Add from the context menu.
2. In the Add dialog perform the following steps:
   1. In the Label field, enter a name for the Optimization.
   2. Under Select Type, select Optimization.
   3. Click OK.

A new Optimization is added to the Explorer.
