- Command Format
  The commands have the following general syntax.
- Command Qualifier
  Some commands require a qualifier. The qualifier is used to distinguish one use of the command from another.
- Parameter Format
  Each command may have zero or more parameters. Most command parameters have default values.
- Parameter Operators and Functions
  Parameter types of integer, real, and array may be any valid arithmetic expression. Valid expressions consist of the operators +, -, *, /, ^ (for power), parentheses, a set of built-in functions and a set of built-in or user-assigned variables, specified by the ASSIGN command.
- File and Data Format/Reading Data From Files
  AcuSolve input file supports two mechanisms for entering list and array data.
- Alternative Command Organization
  In the rest of this manual the commands are grouped into general categories and placed into chapters. In order to make a particular command functionality easier to find, an alternative categorization is presented. Each command may appear in more than one category.
- Global Commands
  This section contains the commands that define the global description of a problem or provide data that can be used globally.
- Solution Strategy Commands
  The solution strategy of a problem is specified by the commands in this section.
- Body Force Commands
  The Body Force commands are described in this chapter. These commands add volumetric source terms to the governing conservation equations.
- Material Model Commands
  The Material Model commands are described in this chapter.
- Nodal Data Commands
  The Nodal Data commands are outlined in this chapter.
- Element Data Commands
  The Element Data commands are outlined in this chapter.
  - CAA_ELEMENT_OUTPUT
    Specifies a set of elements for CAA integrated-element output.
  - CAA_OUTPUT
    Specifies output parameters for Computational Aero-Acoustics (CAA) post-processing.
  - CAA_SURFACE_OUTPUT
    Specifies a set of surfaces for CAA integrated-surface output.
  - ELEMENT_BOUNDARY_CONDITION
    Specifies an element boundary condition for a solution field on a set of element faces.
  - ELEMENT_OUTPUT
    Specifies output parameters for a set of elements.
  - ELEMENT_SET
    Specifies a set of elements.
  - EXTERNAL_CODE_SURFACE
    Specifies a fluid surface that interacts with a solid/structural surface from an external code. This command is obsolete starting in version 14.0.
  - FAN_COMPONENT
    Specifies a fan component for an element set.
  - FREE_SURFACE
    Specifies a free surface. This command is obsolete starting in version 14.0.
  - FWH_SURFACE_OUTPUT
    Specifies a set of surfaces for integrated-surface output parameters for the Ffowcs-Williams Hawkings (FWH) method that is used by the AcuFwh post processing program to propagate acoustic sources to far field locations.
  - FWH_OUTPUT
    Specifies output parameters for the Ffowcs-Williams Hawkings (FWH) method that is used by the AcuFwh post processing program to propagate acoustic sources to far field locations.
  - GUIDE_SURFACE
    Specifies a surface for mesh nodes to follow.
  - HEAT_EXCHANGER_COMPONENT
    Specifies a heat exchanger component for an element set.
  - INTERFACE_SURFACE
    Specifies an interface surface for a non-conformal mesh.
  - INTERPOLATED_MOTION_SURFACE
    Specifies a surface that is used to scale displacements of mesh nodes.
  - LINE_SOURCE
    Specifies sources on a line.
  - MESH_BOUNDARY_CONDITION

A problem must contain at least one ELEMENT_SET command. All other commands in this chapter are optional.

CAA_ELEMENT_OUTPUT
Specifies a set of elements for CAA integrated-element output.
